1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the S Tier application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

S Tier provides AI-powered aesthetic analysis and personalized improvement protocols. The service includes:

  • Facial and body analysis using artificial intelligence
  • Personalized improvement recommendations
  • Progress tracking with XP and daily logs
  • Premium subscription features

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through the App Store, Google Play Store, or your account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

5. User Content

By uploading photos or other content to S Tier, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your original photos.

You retain all rights to your content and are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

S Tier is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The analysis and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, fitness, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Tier and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
