Welcome to S Tier ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we look after your personal data when you use the S Tier mobile application and website.

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and billing information (processed securely by Stripe).
  • Onboarding Data: Gender, age group, and looksmaxxing goals.
  • Usage Data: App interaction history, scan logs, and XP progress.

3. Facial & Body Analysis (Important)

Our core service involves analyzing user-uploaded photos to provide looksmaxxing advice. Here is strictly how we handle your images:

  • Processing Only: Your photos are transmitted securely to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of analysis.
  • No Storage: We do NOT store, save, or archive your original photos on our servers or database. Once the analysis is complete, the image data is discarded immediately.
  • Results Storage: We only store the numerical results (scores, metrics) and text-based advice (protocols) to allow you to track your progress over time.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and manage your access to the app.
  • Generate personalized improvement protocols based on your scans.
  • Process subscription payments.
  • Provide customer support.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver our services:

  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
  • Stripe: For payment processing. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Google Gemini (Vertex AI): For the artificial intelligence analysis of photos.

6. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this directly within the app settings or by contacting us at support@stier-ai.com. Upon deletion, all your records (scan history, profile data) will be permanently removed from our database.
